Dub Specialist / C.S. Dodd, Ital Dub, Studio One, GW 0002
Clement “Sir Coxsone” Dodd, also known as Dub Specialist was the owner of Studio One and was instrumental in the reggae / ska sound and this album captures his work in the reggae dub sub-genre. A beautiful copy, the record has no scuffs or visible scratches. The only flaw to the vinyl is a tiny stain at the hole on one side, and some minor imperfections (tiny dimples) to three or four spots on the record itself that were production issues. The sleeve has some tanning from age, with some scuffing at corners. The top and bottom edge have become partially unglued (NOT split). Overall, a very nice copy of a rare album. All our albums listed currently came from one collector who took exceedingly good care of his albums, and this one is no exception.
