I will not post this record to Brazil. I have had 2 really bad experiences lately where they don;t want to pay the stated postage rates.
AFTER they have seen the rates I charge and then go on to win the lp, they tell me they disagree, that it should be lower and that they cannot afford it. Total BS, IMO. It has happened twice in the ;last 2 months so if they want to subvert the system then that's my new policy.
