(Limited edition Original 1984 US promotional only 12" vinyl single, a radio only release of the two songs recorded at various concerts circa 1968–70, issued to promote the live album Alive She Cried, with custom black on white printed labels, picture sleeve and a B&W copy of the press sheet - limited to 300 copies!)
