Condition vinyl: VG- retains some of its sheen, both sides show light surface marks some more obvious, but nothing deep or feelable Condition sleeve: VG+ in original plastic shrinkwrap; well protected with the remnants of an old sticker on the front; great shape!
Comments: Super rare early '60s label comp from the estimable Fortune family of Detroit. Great song after great song! Take a look at the second photo for full tracklisting. Check my listings this week for a bunch more rare label comps including ones on Flip, Dooto, Arrawak and Everlast!

Grading: I grade conservatively on a scale of: NM (rarely applied to a used record, must look absolutely pristine), EX (a true top copy worthy of any collection with 1 or 2 truly minor imperfections), VG+ (a minimal amount of marks may be seen under bright light with none deep enough to significantly effect playback), VG (perfectly good playing copy but may show slightly more than minimal marks with 1 or 2 maximum being feelable), VG- (still an eminently listenable record that will show numerous superficial and possibly several more impacting marks), G (will play through but could be a "noisy" listen the result of numerous surface marks of various severities).
