RARE Strictly Official US Original Vinyl LP, Front of Picture Sleeve Use Special Quality Paper, Both Labels Have Deep Groove (DG).

Back of Picture Sleeve Has The Label's Address Info "235 West 46th Street".

Autographed  with The Message "To <******* = Japanese Fan's Name> and BEST Wishes" by Don Friedman on Front Sleeve.

Disc are EX-EX Minus, Sleeve is VG Plus (It Has A Center Bottom Split,Now It's Taped at The Point from Inside of The Pocket, Other Spine Parts Have Light Damages,There's A Small Writing That Indicates "OPG" on Back Sleeve).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
