Description
This is Clef Records MGC-516, The Great Artistry Of Django Reinhardt, a black, trumpet, deep groove label, 10" US original mono issue of these classic recordings. The record is in VG+ condition showing light marks. The record plays with some light background crackle. There are no skips, and no distortion of the music; nothing to interfere with the enjoyment of the record. The iconic David Stone Martin cover has some shelf wear, a small tear and a label on the back, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. This is a fine collector's grade copy of this rare Clef 10" original. The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
