Description

An original 1963 1st issue of  NEW WAVE! on UK Philips - from whilst charting. Matrix 1/1. Please note the labels are totally spot on for a GENUINE 1st Stereo from 1963. 'Recording 1st pub 1963' - exhibiting. The vinyl comes housed in an original stereo cover. We have the original inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super shape and has only seen very light careful use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Very delicate audio you're gonna need a clean decent copy to stand half a chance of revealing this fantastic audio to full effect.  A super clean player - one of the best I've ever witnessed for preservation. This bad-boy is knocking the ball outta the court. Just totally clean signalled from start to finish. You'll struggle to even find a crackle! If you're an audio hi-fi freak...you'll love it. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Vg+) Not up to the standard or the vinyl, but very decent particularly given the vintage. Lovely flat and clean front with only one slight nick down at the opening [by the elbow!]. The rear has avoided the worst of the ageing process - light evidence on the spine. A number written top right corner.  Slight edge wear in the odd spot and firm openings. Spine is 95% intact with all text fully legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. Bag present. NO splits.
