I believe this is the first release on the Disneyland label from the Story Teller series, which was one of the only records that features Walt Disney.

Condition: 

• Record: VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 2 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)     
• Labels: VGVG (Both sides have some scribbling with a couple of scratches) 
• Cover: VG+VG+ (Wear along the edges and corners with tape at the top edges. Surface wear on the front with a piece of the surface off at the top left corner. The back has some dirt and a bit of pen scribble)
• Book: VG (First two pages have a bit of wear along the top edge. The last two pages have some tears along the bottom edges and has tape)  

Overall still in great condition considering the record and cover are 55 years old.
