- Record: VG+VG+ (Faint surface noise on both sides, but can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Side One has bit of wear around center hole. Side Two has a pitting mark near center hole)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Tiny bit of wear along edges and corners)
Overall still in great condition considering the age of the record
