Description

Dire Straits "Alchemy-Dire Straits Live" Original 1984 UK first vinyl pressing

Double live album
NM disc with NM cover A1/B1/C1/D1 earliest edition available.

Alchemy: Dire Straits Live  is the first live album by British rock band Dire Straits, released in March 1984.  Recorded over two nights at London's Hammersmith Odeon in July 1983, it captures the band at their peak with extended, rearranged versions of hits from their first four albums, the ExtendedancEPlay EP, and Mark Knopfler's Local Hero soundtrack.
Unlike most eBay UK market albums which cost $25-$50 to ship, mine ship from Texas not UK and are NOT SUBJECT TO IMPORT TARIFFS - so no nasty extra tariff invoice from the shipping company before they will deliver!

Photos are of actual record.

I was a club DJ during the 1970s and 1980s in the UK, and always bought the latest LPs as soon as they were released.

I moved to California in 1995 and then to Texas in 2012.

My entire 2000 plus treasured vinyl collection followed me around the world and has been meticulously stored upright in a climate controlled environment for the last forty years or so.

I recently decided to let my fantastic and eclectic collection go and you will find many highly desirable and collectable records that you will be proud to own and play for yourself.

All my records come with a brand new clear plastic outer cover for long lasting protection.

While you are here, why not check out my other rock, pop and soul R & B vinyl records? - I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items if you ask before buying.
