⦁ Good (G) / Good Plus (G+): Heavily used but fully playable. Surface noise is significant and consistent. The vinyl has deep scratches, and the cover may be partially torn or heavily worn.

⦁ Poor (P) / Fair (F): Very poor condition. The record is skipping, distorted, or cracked. The cover is severely damaged, incomplete, or nearly destroyed.
