Description
Offered for Sale is a Diana Ross &The Supremes "GREATEST HITS" lp.
This is the DELUXE PACKAGE, GATEFOLD, 2-ALBUM SET with 20 BIG HITS.
It also has the ORIGINAL 12"x12", INDIVIDUALLY AUTOGRAPHED, FULL COLOR paintings of all 3 ladies. They are still attached to each other, having never been separated in 49 years.
It is on the Motown record label with the LP # MS 2-663.
This is the ORIGINAL 1967 LP, with the ORIGINAL inner sleeves. (plain white)
This LP had never been played, (till now) but as a PROMO I received it open. I play tested it and can say 100% that the record is primo.
The white ring on the cover, is from another album getting stuck to it. It has been boxed all this time.
Never the less, after 35 to 45 years of shifting around in boxes, wear does occur, so PLEASE check the photos for a clear picture of what you will be receiving. I do not rate covers, only the vinyl itself. Also, there may be minor scuffing marks, from the inner sleeve. This IN NO WAY affects the sound, or I would not list it. There is also the possibility that the inner sleeve could have a slit on one or more of its sides.
NOTE: I was a buyer for two different record chains in Hollywood, Ca. As such, I received a couple of boxes of records a week, to entice me to buy. More often than not, they were always open copies, and if you wanted to sell them to a used record store you could only get about a $1.00 cash, or $2.00 in trade for them.
