Diana Ross 1972 RARE Open-End Interview for Lady Sings The Blues 10” Promo Vinyl LP Record put out for Radio & TV as a MRA Multiple Record Album. Paramount Pictures MRA Record#1072 (181/182).Vinyl In Excellent Clean VG+ Playing Condition (will leave cleaning of record to buyer). LP Record Jacket In Very Good Condition with 4” seam rip on the bottom right side and contains radio music collectors name stamped on front cover and usual aging surface wear. Great For Collectors.
This RARE copy of "Lady Sings The Blues". is a one-of-a-kind 10" vinyl disk of a 15 minute Diana Ross "open-ended" interview from Paramount Pictures & Berry Gordy, in conjunction with Dick Strout, Inc (Hollywood, California), On this special Radio & Television programming material disk, Diana talks at length about her roll in the motion picture.
Comes with full printed 5-page script of the interview, along with "quick star quotes”. Along with RARE Pamphlet and RARE Mini Poster.
HARD TO FIND with script, pamphet and mini poster.
It was issued simultaneously as the movie was being released. A true piece of priceless Motown & Diana Ross history. Only a handful of copies are known to exist and only shows up on eBay occasionally.
