The Deviants "Ptooff" Underground Impressarios IMP 1 original UK LP Erstpressung von 1968 Independent-Label Release.

Das Cover ist ein farbiges,  ausfaltbares Riesenposter: offen ca. 610mm x 915mm, als Cover zusammengefaltet: ca. 315 x 315 mm.

Aufgenommen im Jahr 1967, veröffentlicht 1968 in UK . Nur verkauft in wenigen "Underground-Musik" Shops der damaligen Zeit, als auch über Versandanzeigen in “OZ“ und “Internationale Times“ (für die Mick Farren auch Beiträge schrieb). 1969 erschien die LP dann als Wiederveröffentlichung auf dem Major Label Decca .

Zustand: “Very Good Plus“ Vom Höreindruck könnte  Die LP fast als “Near Mint” durchgehen. Sie wurde wenig gespielt und ist noch in recht gutem Zustand. Habe die Platte aber vorsichtshalber als VG+ deklariert. In den beiden Einlaufrillen und teilweise zwischen den Stücken ist vereinzelt leichtes Knistern hörbar. Was vermutlich auf die Pressung zurückzuführen ist.  Es sind keine gröberen Kratzer vorhanden. Nur einige feine Oberflächenkratzer / Wischer die größtenteils durch das Rein- und Rausschieben aus der Innenhülle entstanden sind. . Die LP wurde mit Kopfhören geprüft, über Lautsprecher sind die leisen Grundgeräusche kaum noch wahrnehmbar.  Auf Seite 2 ist das Label leicht beschädigt. Das matte Poster-Cover ist noch gut erhalten, hat aber an den Faltstellen einige Abnutzungserscheinungen und vereinzelt  Risse, die aber das gesamte Erscheinungsbild als ausgeklapptes Poster nicht sonderlich beeinträchtigen.

 Recorded in 1967. Distributed in 1968 in the UK through 'underground music' retailers of the time, as well as via mail-order ads in OZ and International Times (in which Farren was also a contributor). 1969 it was released as a major reissue on Decca.

 "Very Good Plus" Audible the LP could nearly pass as a "near mint". It was little played and is still in pretty good condition. But as a precaution I declare the Album as VG + . In the run in grooves and partly between the tracks and on silent parts light crackling is audible. which is presumably due to the pressing. There are no coarser scratches present. Only some fine surface scratches / hairlines, wich are caused mostly  by the in-and out sliding from the inner sleerve. The LP was tested with headphones, through loudspeakers the faint noise is barely perceptible.  The matte cover is still in good condition. Only ot the folds are some signs of wear, and occasionally some  cracks. But that do not affect the overall appearance als fold out poster, very much.
