This is a very collectible and rare record. There are a few light scratches. The labels are excellent, very clear and clean. On the A side label there is a very small black spot on the very bottom. This is 100% due to manufacturing. The record plays really well. There are no jumps but maybe two or three clicks on the record. I know there are a lot of collector's out there that just love Derrick Morgan music. It is a nice heavy and thick record, played but well looked after. The cover has very light creasing here and there and is laminated on one side. The spine is in good condition and readable. There is a price sticker on the front which is the original and says 14/6. There is no writing of any kind anywhere. There are no tears and hardly any scuffing. I should have given this a better condition rating but I'd rather someone get better than what they'd expected.

Grading based on Record Collector Guidelines:

Mint The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.

Fair The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Bad The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

I have tried to be honest and truthful in my description as I don't see much point in trying to con someone for a few pounds. So if you find something you disagree with please let me know and we can always solve the problem amicably. I play all my records before I sell them.

Please check out my other listings. There is no reserve on any of my items. Some of my records are in near mint condition, but then I suppose it depends how each individual grades the record. So therefore the best grade I could ever give would be excellent.
