So here's the story...Back in 1970, I was a disk jockey at a Philadelphia radio station. When my shift ended and I was heading out, I bumped into the Atlantic rep who was dropping off new releases to the record library. I looked through them and pulled a few out to listen to overnight. Then I went home.
Later that day, the Atlantic rep returned to take back the Derek and The Dominos single however it was nowhere to be found. It seems that Clapton hated the overly Spectorized tracks and withdrew the tracks from distribution. He would later re-record the tracks with Duane Allman added to the line-up and Spector removed from the production chair. Anyway, nobody knew where the record was and they searched high and low for it.
The next day, I found out what happened and I said nothing. The record has been in my hands ever since. You want it?
