Derek Bailey - Aida (Solo Guitar Improvisations) (INCUS 40, 1980).
Vinyl - Excellent
Sleeve - Fully laminated but very slightly showing its age so Very Good.
I'm selling a few Incus records that have been sitting unplayed in my collection for a few years now. Far better they go to someone who will appreciate them more! They were bought from a serious jazz collection and look barely played, if at all, so I'm grading them all as excellent condition.
The sleeve is quite tricky to show adequately in photos because the front is a very dark plum colour and the laminate is so shiny and reflective. Likewise the rear sleeve looks faded but isn't, it's just drenched in a rosy hue. The laminate is fully in place with no lifts, no sticker marks, splits or spine fading. On the rear, and on the front fore-edge, the laminate only comes to within 5mm of the edge all around so the edges are a tad more worn as to be expected. On the front, what look like splits to the spine edge are small creases in the laminate which are catching a strong light.
