Description
Reggae artists in general are not noted for their classic albums, but there are of course exceptions and this is one of them. The recording dates from Dennis Brown's more rootsier period, and features many of Jamaica's top musicians: Sly Dunbar, and Roots Radics Flabba Holt and Bingy Bunny to name but a few. Dennis's fabulous voice, as usual, is the crowning glory on all of these tracks - and there's not a dudd one among them. If you like reggae then you like Dennis Brown, and if you like Dennis Brown then "Joseph's Coat..." is a must.
