Description
This is part of a large auction featuring Vee-Jay/King/Federal labels. Lots of cool blues, R&B and doo-wop here, with some bonus listings as always. Check back in a couple of weeks for a small label R&B auction.
Here's the info on this item:
Release: Donnie Elbert - Believe It or Not / Tell Me So
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1957
Notes: White label "bio-label" promo first pressing. Tough to find third single by this group who got together as high school friends. Classic doo-wop sound of both of these. Really nice vocals with piano & sax backing.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, Vinyl itself is in great shape with basically no wear, just a couple of very small stray marks on Five side. It plays well and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, hardly any background noise at all. The labels are very clean with no tears, scuffs, writing. Looks great. This is a top notch copy overall.
Sleeve Condition: VG, outer sleeve is original with the green print variation. Has some wrinkling and a small pencil number. No tears/splits, displays well.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
