Original 7-inch 45 rpm U.S. pressing by HELENE SMITH from 1967.  Vinyl condition:  VG-, yet the loud production of the cuts allows the music to predominate over any surface noise.  The record actually plays remarkably well!  All in all you can definitely play it out without issue.
