This is an original, very rare, 1st pressing copy of the Deep Wound S/T 7" ep, with the orginal insert, released in 1983 on Radiobeat Records, RB002.

Excellent, ferocious, Boston hardcore punk that packs a punch. Members from this band (J. Mascis and Lou Barlow) went on to form the legendary band Dinosaur Jr. Later, Lou went out on his own to form the band Sebadoh.

I bought this record at a Chicago area record store in 1983, shortly after it was released. It has been kept in an outer protective plastic sleeve.

The vinyl is in pristine, near mint condition; no scratches, no dings, no scuffs, no skips, no extraneous noise, vinyl very shiny (as you can see from my less than stellar pics). The vinyl sounds perfect; I have only ever played it once or twice, including once recently to the sound quality. Masterdisk is stamped on the margin etchings.

The sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition; no tears or rips, no splitting, one crease in the lower right side as you are looking at the front of the sleeve. There is some very light, almost imperceptible, ring wear.

The insert is in perfect shape, no tears or stains.

Over all, a great copy of a great record you should have in your collection.
