Description

On offer here is a 25th Anniversary Edition copy of Machine Head by Deep Purple, pressed on Purple Vinyl and released on the EMI label as part of their "100" series in 1997, catalogue number DEEPP3.

I bought this album when it was released and have never played it, instead I stored it in a polythene sleeve in a smoke and pet free environment ever since.

Essentially therefore it is Mint, however it must be pointed out that it has a crease in the bottom left of the front cover which has left two chips out of the black laminate but these are small, please see the photo's to see what I mean (This was the condition I bought it in)

This was a limited edition double album and comes in a  laminated gatefold sleeve with the lyric insert and laminated card inners. It was released in small numbers and quickly sold out, and is very rarely seen on vinyl now.

The first album is a 1997 digital remix of the original album, the second album is the original album recording with a Quadrophonic mix of Maybe I'm A Leo and Lazy added in.

A classic album with great tracks such as Highway Star and Smoke On The Water, the printed inners have detailed sleeve notes on the album's creation and recording, along with credits and press articles at the time.

The poster is the lyrics as per the original release.

The record will be sent outside of it's cover in a polythene cover sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a heavy duty record envelope made by Covers 33.

It will be sent within 5 days of receiving payment, by PayPal only please and this is only open to UK bidders, thanks.

Generous postage discount will be given for multiple purchases, please see my other listings, thanks.
