General notes for more info about the things I sell & postage / delivery etc;

• Usually the items I sell are unwanted new gifts to someone in my family, without a receipt and therefore not able to be returned. All high end luxury items get taken to the relevant shop, I spend a lot of time hiking up and down Bond Street to ensure authenticity!
• Everything comes from smoke and pet free homes
• UK postage; everything comes with free P&P within the UK or collection from Hertfordshire (Welwyn / Hatfield area) or Central London where I work.
• International postage; I usually offer to ship worldwide through the eBay scheme. This means any restricted items perfumes etc can only be shipped within the UK. Please also be aware that there is a cost to the buyer (which can be quite pricey) for this, so please make yourself aware of that cost. Please note the one time I actually used this service in the past it took 3 weeks for the item to arrive, despite my getting it to the UK shipping centre the day after the buyer purchased the item - it sat there for 1 week - I can’t be held responsible for eBay delays!
• Also please be aware posting overseas this may mean you have to pay import duties, taxes or other charges. Again I have no idea what these are so please familiarise yourself with your own countries regulations.
• I will always aim to post things within 3 working days of purchase and payment. Mondays and Tuesdays can be tricky for me to get to a post office.
• Items which sell for £100+ will be sent Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery which means they are tracked and insured also. NOTE THIS ITEM WILL BE SENT SIGNED FOR ONLY NOT TRACKED.
• Payment can be made through PayPal or cash on collection
