Description

This is another sale from my collection of classical records, which includes early stereo rarities on Decca, Columbia, HMV and RCA.

 

1981 UK stereo pressing on Decca records of SXL 6975 Saint-Saens Danse Macabre played by Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Charles Dutoit.

 

Grading

The condition of sleeve is VG+, slight wear on top edge, opening and corners. There is a mark on bottom edge of the rear sleeve. I have tried my best to show all these things on the photos. Visually grade the record as Excellent.

 

It plays well on my Linn Sondek, no skips, jumps. A little bit of crackle in places so I would audio grade as Excellent.

 

Note that record will be posted in a cardboard record mailer. Sleeve will be in a plastic sleeve, separate from the record and inner sleeve. Record and inner sleeve will be in a card sleeve.
