Description

Britten: sonata in C for cello and piano, op.65 / Schumann: Funf Stucke im Volkston / Debussy: sonata for cello and piano. Mstislav Rostropovich plays cello and Benjamin Britten plays piano. Superb performance !!!

The vinyl of this first edition (ED1), "original recording" at 10 o'clock, wideband grooved, UK stereo LP is excellent (three small vague harmless lines only, an incidental soft pop only). Small damage and marking ("19") on back of sleeve. Comes in original Decca FFSS innersleeve. VERY RARE !!!
