Up for auction is the Mercury Living Presence release of Debussy's Nocturnes For Orchestra and Ravel's Daphnis And Chloe Suite No. 2 performed by Detroit Symphony and conducted by Paul Paray. This is a very RARE LP but the opening bid will be $9.95 which I'll explain.

CONDITION: The LP is graded VG which is probably high. It looks GREAT but there are pops, ticks and way too much surface noise. There are no scratches but I can't ask more than 1/30th of what this LP may be worth because of that. The actual sound is great and a de-clicker program will clean it up which is why I've recorded it to transfer to CD. The LP comes with a Mo-Fi Original Master inner sleeve . I protect my LPs, especially my valuable ones. I paid way too much for this LP but I bought it on looks. That's why I PLAY grade LPs that I sell.

The COVER is very nice with no seam splits or writing. No staining or discoloration and the spine writing is "perfect". There is a ding in the upper right corner visible in the photo

I play grade my LPs and will describe them as accurately as possible. They come from a smoke free home at least as long as I've had them and are from my personal collection. My 1st LP was "Meet The Beatles" when it came out in 1964 and I've been buying ever since. With over 10,000 LPs I have to thin my collection and will be listing every type of music (except Rap) in the next 10 years or so. Check back if you're a vinyl freak like I am.

The LP will come with a poly outer sleeve which is how I store my "better" LPs.
