Dead Kennedys, Plastic Surgery Disasters. 1982 Faulty products, first US release with booklet Cover shows some ring wear edge wear and corner wear. Record is in excellent condition, clean.  Comes with 28 page 12"x12" b/w glossy booklet. A note is printed at the bottom of the last page of the booklet regarding the inserts included on "Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables", Holiday In Cambodia", "Too Drunk To Fuck" and "Bleed For Me". Removed on subsequent pressings.
