SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

Charges cover the cost of postage, materials and insurance coverage. There is no handling fee. The buyer must wait 45 DAYS (insurer guidelines) before they file a claim (directly with the seller) regarding potential loss. For damaged shipments, the buyer must keep the merchandise and all packaging materials in "as received" condition and provide photos to validate a claim.
