The three double LPs are packaged in a hard cardboard box with thick, clear plastic cover. This cover has very suferficial surface scratches. The biggest signs of wear are on the silver-colourd cardboard sleeve that covers one edge.
The 6 LPs are in essentially mint condition. They have only ever been played once, as this was originally purchased as a collector's item rather than to be played. Having said that, the recordings use Direct Metal Mastering (DDM) to create Compact Disc Quality sound.
All three gatefold sleeves are in superb condition, as you can see from the photos (click any of them for a larger version).
This is a MUST buy for any Bowie fan. It really is a superb collection. I'm selling my entire Bowie LP collection as I no longer have a record deck. Also, I have this same box set on CD (which I do play and am keeping).
