ONLY A FEW COPIES WERE SOLD IN 1980

This is the original withdrawn UK purple vinyl for the 1980 Bowie LP "Scary Monsters". RCA recalled all the copies a few hours after it was distributed thus only a handful of copies reached the buyers. This is considered one of the holy grails of all the Bowie records so bid accordingly.
We are on ebay since 1998, we have a 100% feedback rating and are specialized in rare records. So we know what we sell.
Condition MINT-/MINT-, sleeve has some hints of storage wear, very very minimal wear, this can be graded near mint. Record has some paper scuffs, but no scratches. It reatains its original lustre and plays perfect.
