 3 inch tear on the plain white inner sleeve.

This promo release was originally intended as an exclusive free bonus to purchasers who pre-ordered the [Five Years 1969 - 1973] boxset online from David Bowie Store for US buyers and from David Bowie Store Parlophone UK for EU buyers and was shipped separately.
It then was sold individually for a brief period in the US online Bowie store.
