My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

Side A just has a couple of extremely fine hairlines and a handful of extremely light sleeve removal marks under strong artificial light. Side B has a handful of extremely fine hairlines and some extremely faint sleeve removal marks. Both sides look really clean, shiny and it's a Stunning example of this Very Rare Earliest Pressing.
Labels both have hardly any signs of play(spiders legs) under strong light, Both labels are clean and free from the usual writing etc...see photos
Original Unlaminated Sleeve has only slight wear. The front and back of sleeve show NO rubbing to either face, a couple of very faint creases near top. Some corner wear. Light handling wear to opening edge. Spine is solid and still fully readable, Light wear to top and bottom edge...see photos...This is a Great Example of this sleeve that is Unlaminated and usually ends up rubbed and patchy.
