David Bowie Lower Third Can’t Help Thinking About Me ORIGINAL 1966 Promo HEAR IT. Condition is Used.



This is a crazy rare record! This is Bowie’s second single ever released, and the first under the name David Bowie (the first was marketed at Davy Jones). Released in 1966, this is a white label promo on Warner Brothers records. A true piece of history here.


This copy grades as a strong visual VG+ with only minor label wear, a small number sticker on side 2, and a couple of scuffs. I tried to take photos of the worst of them. Sleeve is the original WB corporate sleeve with also just normal and minor wear. Seams not split.


Both sides play at EX or better with just a bit of crackle on the lead in grooves. I fully recorded both sides of the record and will provide links below. As you can hear, none of the marks are causing any noise whatsoever. Plays fantastic!!
