This is a top copy of Hunky Dory, one of the best I've had and I've had plenty
Please don't confuse this copy with the many others for sale, it would grace any record collection AND it plays and sound amazing
This is the most desirable version of Hunky Dory after the mega expensive and rare Laminated Cover copy
Matrix 3T/3T. Etchings "Bobil/Rasputin" - this is indicative of very earliest pressing. Yes, it has the early Titanic publishing credit - but it's those etchings that identify the very earliest copies. The earliest copies have lovely shiny labels and are pressed really heavy [so, more than one reason to go for them].
I test play all my vinyl on my Project Essential deck and it plays and sounds fantastic, no sticks or jumps and most impressive of all there is little or no surface noise, its almost silent between tracks.
The Vinyl is lovely and clean with a great gloss, under strong light it has a few light feathers from sleeve removal, impressive indeed when you take it out of the sleeve. Looks amazing
No nasty significant marks
Amazing condition for 50 years old!
The original inner lyric sheet is in outstanding condition. Very clean as well, it's a cracker
Also comes with the ORIGINAL paper inner sleeve..
The album cover is also in excellent condition
Hunky Dory covers do not age well, they are 50 years old after all but this cover is strong rigid and sturdy with perfect seams!
This cover is MILES better than the majority of others for sale
The Spine is very good and EASILY readable
The rear of the cover is also in great condition and is very clean, most importantly it's still nice and white and hasn't got discoloured and dirty like most others.

This copy has been really well cared for.
Look at the others available for far far more.. Are they better than mine?.. I very much doubt it..
Sorry for the long winded description but I feel it's important to get as much detail as possible for anyone interested.
I wouldn't buy an album with a 3 line description. Maybe works for some folk. But not me.
In short!!... It's one of the best available. I'm confident of that..
