Description

An original 1st pressing of Diamond Dogs on the UK RCA label from 1974. Matrix A1/B1 'Oly'. Please note labels are consistent with 1st pressing - the track 'Bewitched' is mentioned on side 1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover which is uncredited [this is inidicative of very 1st issue]. Also included is the original RCA inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) Shiny like new and has clearly only seen the very lightest of use. Under close inspection there are a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Interference is minimal - we only detected a touch of light static in a couple of sections e.g. 'We Are The Dead', but other than that there's very little else even noteworthy. The audio quality is topnotch - rich,vibrant, with lots of detail. 
Cover (Ex) Remains in fantastic shape with a lush looking front and back with only the very lightest of handling use. There's the slightest touch of edge wear, but nothing remotely significant. The interior is absolutely immaculate too. The spine is pretty good condition too with the text still readable. Overall the cover has a really nice rigid feel to it. Please note there's a tiny sticker removal mark in the extreme top-right on the front.
Inner (Vg+) Unaged but a slight side split which has been taped up.
