*RECORD; Both sides 1 and 2 are in near mint condition,
both sides still retain their glossy luster.
*RECORD LABELS; Both sides 1 and 2 have hand written titles and are in excellent condition.
*RECORD COVER; Cover (flimsy pasted front) is in very good condition with just the exception of some missing print along the front top right side edge (and a little less near the bottom right and back bottom left corner), plus there is some all-over feint foxing and light blemishes plus an old sticker stain (top right side) along with some minor creases.
