Original 7" - RCA Records 1979- Cat No: PB 9412 "Bow 3 B".  Made in England.

LIMITED TO 1000 copies in the green vinyl according to Thomas Kamp from "David Bowie the wild eyed boy"

Nice, clean and shiny vinyl with a fantastic Picture Sleeve.  This is a very clean example of an illusive and extremely rare piece.  Guaranteed authentic. See photograph of matrix numbers.  Item has been stored in a smoke-free environment and out of harmful UV light rays in a collector's 7" storage box.  Listed with NO RESERVE!  Very few green discs are still around, and seldom seen in this condition! The sleeve has some light bends or creases at the corners, but is nice and shiny with very little ring wear or apparent wear.  The disk surface is also shiny and clean and looks to be brand new.  The pictures show a small black fleck which can be seen in the green vinyl area.  This fleck is inside the green vinyl material, so likely, this is black vinyl material when the change in color possibly went from black to green, or from some other manufacturing occurance.  If black vinyl was the first run of disks, this would quite possibly be one of the very earliest green vinyl discs made, in part, due to the small remaining presence of the black vinyl material mixed in with the green vinyl from the prior run of black.  This is speculation on my part, however, the other 2 green vinyl "DJs" which I have seen over the last 30 years were void of the black vinyl material that this one exhibits.

Some very lucky individual will add this to their collection as I am starting this auction at .99 cents, so I get some believers!!!!! If you know what I mean.   If you don't have one, now is your opportunity to own the legendary authentic single.  If you happen to be one of the lucky individuals that owns one already, now is your opportunity to upgrade the quality of the one currently in your collection ,or add this unusual variation on the green.
