David Bowie BLACKSTAR - 180gm Clear Vinyl FIRST Pressing with die-cut gatefold sleeve AND three lithographic prints, only available if purchased directly from davidbowie.com. As David Bowie fans know, this is THE holy grail edition of this masterpiece, the last record issued in his lifetime. I purchased two copies on November 19, 2015 (I will include a slightly redacted printout of my email order confirmation to provide additional provenance) and they were delivered on Friday January 8, 2016. Not a particularly swell weekend. RIP Mr. Bowie and thank you for everything.
CONDITION: The lower rear left corner of the LP has a small bump measuring approximately 3/8 of an inch. The bump only affects the rear of the gatefold cover. Please see Picture 3. On the front side (the lower right corner) there appears to be a printing error where a small patch of white appears (please see Picture 4). This is NOT an abrasion; with the LP in hand you can feel how smooth and undamaged the shrink wrap is. The white spot is approximately 3/16 of an inch wide. Finally, there is some "shmutz" (for lack of a better word) on the rear shrink wrap. The shrink wrap has not been damaged (whatever the marking is, you can feel that it sits on TOP of the shrink wrap, with no impact to the LP cover). The LP was delivered in this condition.
NOTE: There are shrink wrap creases along the front left side of the LP (one approximately 3/4" from the top, the other approximately 3" from the bottom). These are NOT flaws or discolorations, it's just the reflected light. Ditto the two smaller markings on the right front side (along the lower third of the LP cover). These are shrink wrap wrinkles.
The three lithographic prints were only removed from the poster tube in which they were shipped in order to provide Pictures 5 and 6. They have never been unrolled or otherwise handled.

ABOUT SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Please note there is a $2 fee included in Ebay's estimate of Media Mail shipping costs. I believe the best way to ship an LP includes a 13"x14"x3" "pizza" style box, 12"x12" cardboard flats, outer shopping bag, and bubble wrap. The shipping boxes alone cost me over $3 each, and the average total cost of shipping materials is around $4.72, so this is NOT a money-maker for me. However, it does ensure, consistently, that these high value LPs arrive safely. Please check my feedback and I think you'll see that buyers appreciate the care with which these precious artifacts are handled.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I am more than happy to combine shipping. Ebay buyers pay the actual postage costs. If a single LP is purchased, the buyer pays actual postage and $5 for shipping materials. If two LPs are purchased, the buyer pays actual postage and $5 for shipping materials. If three or more LPs are purchased, the buyer pays actual postage and $0 for shipping materials (I will absorb the cost of materials). As the final amount can only be calculated after auctions have ended, I will issue the appropriate refund on the day the LPs are shipped.
