Description

Here for auction: RS 1001. Early RCA UK pressing of "Aladdin Sane" by David Bowie. Gloss orange label's with "Victor" on right hand side on both label's.Shorewood gatefold sleeve. Matrices CPRY 4543-3T/4544-3T.Also includes rare fan club insert which came with early copies only.  

I have checked parts of both sides of the disc for sound quality on a Thorens TD160 super with SME Mk III arm and B&O MMC II cartridge, Roksan Kandy RA Mark III amp and B & W DM 603 floorstander's.I hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.

Vinyl is in EX condition.Has a few light scuffs and surface marks when viewed closely.But overall nice and clean.There are no kinks or warps and disc lies flat on turntable.Sound is fine:clear and undistorted with no repetetive tics in the parts played.Disc play's with pretty much silent surfaces too ... A nice copy.

Cover is in EX+ condition.Looks great.Not much wrong at all, just very light general wear with nice corner's and spine.No label's or handwriting.

Label's EX Could only see a few spindle marks.Has a name in (I think) pencil which can be seen in photo.All else fine.

Original card inner sleeve is EX+.

Fan Club insert is EX+.
