This is not only the big one from over the Pond and officially a full 2 months older than the UK issue - it was also an advance radio station promo disc...the first of the first with hand inscribed matrix numbers before the factory stamp system was even set up!

Where were you in April 1967? Well this actual LP was already on its was from London Records offices in New York and about to land at KSTO student radio station in Northfield, Minnesota ahead of the general release in the USA. Airplay was the lifeblood if new British artist David Bowie was going to crack the US!!
The David Bowie USA DERAM LP hit the streets well over 40 years ago now and thats long before more modern Bowie marketing gimmicks like "stereo" were ever invented!!! This Radio Promo Copy itself helped DERAM start the record industries marathon job to break young Bowie in the USA...and as we all know now it would take them another five long years!

If you are not familiar with this rating system then please read it so you understand what you are buying. CD's are shipped well wrapped in a padded bubble envelope. For the uninitiated please note some original RCA CD's are 20 years old and after two decades "normal signs of use" includes some surface scratches.
As of April 15th 2009 vinyl singles are all shipped in a professional record mailer inside a plain white record sleeve inside a PVC cover with PS stored separate for maximum protection. LP's are shipped the same, with vinyl separated from LP cover inside the original LP paper liner inside a protective PVC cover where available.
Posted promptly (weekends, Spanish holidays (there are a few!) & PayPal allowing) by registered 1st class mail/airmail to your door.
