WELCOME! I Work in a record store in Austin, Texas and I am going to be selling off some of my collection, I am starting off small, but I do have all positive feedback for records and other items, including some pricey heavy hitters and no complaints thus far thankfully. This week I'm offering a lot of RARE and OBSCURE records from all sorts of genres, mostly private press stuff, like boogie funk psych soul folk xian weird etc..

For auction is: Dave Stearman - S/T self-titled LP no label as it is a super small private press, made in the mid 70s I believe, Label says VES 707 . All the compositions are by Dave, musicians include Bill Kunze - Percussion , Stephanie Booshada - Piano, harpsichord and vocals, Wayne Booshada - Vocals, Dave Stearman - Guitar Bass Drums Keyboards Etc.  .  

Very scarce and supremely good LP by the multi-talented Dave Stearman, who wrote the songs, music and killer lyrics, played most of the instruments, which are fantastic, and his back up players are also really great, the percussion by Bill Kunze is outstanding.  I was more impressed by this LP than almost any other xian folk rock psych album I've heard.  Almost all the tracks are gorgeous music. If I didn't have to sell records for a living I would absolutely keep this. It reminded me a lot of the cool califronia folk pop psych sound like SST Soft Soul Transition.

   Vinyl: VG+ to VG++ ( Very nice copy, still glossy, there is one small hairline scratch that doesn't affect play and there are a few paper scuffs and light marks from a spindle that are barely noticeable, it's really in very nice condition and the sound grade is EX. Could probably be VG++ visually but I'm grading conservative.  )  ^Listen to Sound Clip

Jacket/Label: EX  (Jacket is in great condition and the only wear is a small bend in the bottom left corner and a tiny bit of discoloration on the back bottom edge.)

I try to Grade conservatively because everyone has different standards.
I use Gold Mine standard grading in ascending order of quality G, G+, VG-, VG, VG+, VG++, EX(+/-), NM (I almost never give a used record this), and SS (or sealed unplayed).
