Dave Matthews Band’s Live Trax Vol. 1 will be available as a four-LP vinyl box set on Record Store Day.

The DMB Record Store Day exclusive release is limited to 500 copies, and the records will be blue.

Live Trax Vol. 1 came out in 2004 as a 2-CD set and as a digital download. It will be the first Live Trax album to be released on any other format. The album captures DMB’s Dec. 8, 1998 concert in Worcester, Massachusetts, featuring guests Butch Taylor, Tim Reynolds, Bela Fleck and Jeff Coffin. The show begins with more than 30 minutes of continuous music, as “Seek Up” segues into “Linus and Lucy,” then the “Heartbeat Intro” into “Pantala Naga Pampa” and “Rapunzel.” Another highlight is the 18-minute version of “The Last Stop” that ended the show.

The Live Trax Vol. 1 vinyl box set will be the first DMB Record Store Day release. Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds released a 7? single, which featured “Squirm” and “Lying in the Hands of God,” on Record Store Day in 2010.
