Dave Matthews Band - Before These Crowded Streets LP - EX/NM - Extremely Rare. Sterling pressing. From my personal collection. At extremely rare record. Purchased at now-defunct, wonderful Used Record Store "Second Hand Tunes" in Chicago prior to a DMB show in '98. Played extremely rarely. Fantastic sound quality, displaying amazing sound stage, warm bass and depth that only vinyl offers.
Cover is NM in shrink wrap with hype stickers. Shrink wrap has never been removed and gatefold has never been opened. No promo notch. Very small (1/4 inch) tear in shrink wrap on front cover at bottom center (see first photo). Corners look excellent, but I cannot evaluate fully under shrink wrap.
I am rating the vinyl as Excellent. The vinyl would be NM in many eyes and perhaps VG+ in others. No spindle marks. No deep scratches. Upon holding the discs under a very bright kitchen range light (see last 6 photos), scattered light hairlines and a few other light marks can be visualized. Photos 3-6 are under bright dining room light on a sunny day. Photos 7 through 12 were taken under bright kitchen range lamps. I am a discriminating collector and I have listened closely to all 4 sides. This record plays wonderfully with minimal background noise that does not affect play. I did not hear one loud pop or tick. Inner sleeves with lyrics are NM and look like new.

Please look closely at these photos. I normally accept returns within 30 days but I am not going to accept returns on this record because a single errant needle drop or the slightest mishandling can dramatically impact the sound of the vinyl.
Given the value of the item, it will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail safely and carefully in sturdy cardboard container Mo-fi type inner and outer plastic protective sleeve.
