Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY PROMO album ( released in 1974 ) of Dave Clark Five, comin' with complete appendices. It includes following 14 tracks. The back-cover shows “Japanese description” & “Photo of members”, while the label is beautiful in white for promotional use. It’s hard to find Japanese copy of this album even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.

Condition: VG/EX+ (Cover/Disc)

COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners, spine & other outer-edges ( lightly ). It’s lightly discolored on the surface of back, and around the rims of front. It’s partly creased in right bottom corner, with short creases on the spine & top-rims. It has otherwise no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on each side. There’re a few several spindle-marks with minor stains & patterned marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX+".

OBI: G+, being creased on the surface of back, with its right-rim & lower portions lightly stained. It’s lightly creased & discolored on the left-rim of front.

INSERT: VG, being lightly creased & stained with brown spots on the surface of each side.
