FROM HERE TO ETERNITY - ORIG SOUNDTRACK DANNY STEWART & HIS ISLANDERS
CORAL LABEL 1953 US FIRST & ONLY PRESSING WITH HARD CARD SINGLE SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Released in 1953 on the CORAL label, I am offering today this original and hard to find first US pressing of this seldom offered 10" soundtrack album, to the classic film "FROM HERE TO ETERNITY" which starred Burt Lancaster, Deborah Kerr, Montgomery Clift & Frank Sinatra ,which features Hawaiian music by DANNY STEWART AND HIS ISLANDERS. The vinyl looks extremely clean showing a full lustre but shows a few light marks. This does in fact play with some very light crackle. Overall a very nice example of this very rare LP.
The 10" album comes complete with its original hard card single sleeve which is in clean excellent condition. Needless to say it has no stickers or unwanted writing etc but has started to split on edges and spine. Overall a very respectable example.
I have just played this 10" through for these listing purposes and it plays through well with no sticks or skips etc but there is light crackle to be heard. Overall a very respectable example of this hard to find soundtrack that rarely turns up for sale these days.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows a few superficial marks but retains a full lustre. I have just played it through and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there is light crackle to be heard.
The SLEEVE, The hard card single sleeve is in very clean excellent condition with fully legible spine text and no stickers but has a small price written in the top corner and a letter written in the bottom corner other than that it is a lovely example.
The LABELS, The labels are very clean showing minimal spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic inner sleeve is clean and free from stickers, unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
