This is not a one-sided pressing, it has one track on A side and 2 on B side as the actual release.
Matrix numbers and legend on vinyls are as follows:
A Side - PSLP 348 A-1U TOWNHOUSE
B Side - TOWNHOUSE [12 EMI 5254 A-1U is crossed through] PSLP 348 B-1U written underneath
