Due to changes to First Class International Shipping by USPS, my international shipping has increased quite dramatically.  Based on my recent experience with the new rates, for an average single LP item (one that weights around 1 pound 14 ounces), it COSTS me $21 dollars to ship to UK and other European countries at this weight.  Therefore, if you have bought from me before, this is the reason why my international shipping has increased.  You will also notice other regular eBay sellers have done the same.
Buyer is responsible for all fees, like customs, incurred by this transaction.  In addition, the customs processes could delay delivery.  
I have zero influence over International delivery time.  When everything works as planned, the typical delivery time is 10 - 14 days.  HOWEVER, your shipment can, and will from time to time, get caught in customs for a period of time.  There are other snags in the USPS/International delivery process, too.  In these instances it can take up to 2 months for delivery.  In my experience, it is about 5% of my total international shipments that have this extended delivery time.  95% of the time, delivery time for International shipments is 10-14 days.
Also, just because you live abroad does not mean you can take advantage of me.  I fight every “item not received’ case bitterly to the end.  I know how to get the information I need from customs to submit.  I have worked with UK’s postage system to track down delivery information, too.   If you try to pull a fast one on me you will be sorry.  I have gotten two such scammer’s accounts deactivated.  I never give up.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is available for items paid for and sent in a single shipment. An invoice will be sent reflecting the combined shipping rate along with total price for itemized records on the shipment. Rates are given above.

In rare instances, where heavy box sets are combined together, the rate may increase, We'll be in contact, and come to something reasonable for these very rare occassions.

INTERNATIONAL

Combined rates for International shipments based on the total packed weight.

PAYMENT

Payment is by Paypal only, and should be made no later than three (3) days after the auction ends.  Payment is expected immediately on Fixed Price/Buy-It-Now items.
