Description
A very rare, original copy from 1970 by Dr. Strangely Strange - "Heavy Petting".
This album was bought new in 1970 and has only been played a handful of times. Both sleeve and record are in very good condition, given the fact that they are 46 years old - and I can remember buying it like yesterday! Who knows where the time goes (hey, that's a good title for a song!)
The sleeve is beyond quirky, with two "wings" that fold out - see photo - and the artwork is distinctly pythonesque with faces looking out at you!
On the Vertigo label with the distinctive black "swirl" that seems to be sucking you into the record deck. Don't look at it if you've been drinking.

This is one rare record and probably the jewel in my large collection of vinyl that I am (reluctantly) breaking up and all have been played only on top-end equipment, stored in the correct way, and kept away from heat and light.
Free postage and packing to anywhere in the UK. Given the Dublin connection, and given the fact that I love the place, and given the fact that I am asking an arm and a leg for this collector's item, I would offer free postage to the Republic of Ireland as well. I'm a fool to myself really.
