On offer here is a VERY rare EP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Downliners Sect called "The Sect Sing Sick Songs" EP and is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!!  See label pictures for track details. THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST EPs YOU WILL EVER SEE AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1965 WHEN THIS EP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS EP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIXES, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Columbia UK 1st Pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SEG 8438 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The record is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s EPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  There is also 1 small visible surface mark (the ONLY visual blemish on the whole record!) - which when examined closely is clearly a pressing mark - and NOT from any wear!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with only a few light clicks/pops on 1 track (from the small surface mark mentioned above), NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better (though without the pressing mark mentioned above - this record would undoubtedly grade MINT(Minus)!)!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Flipback Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), only an absolutely TINY stain on the opening edge (IMPOSSIBLE to notice!), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, only some VERY minor 'crinkling' to the laminate on the flipbacks (this is LAMINATE ONLY - with NO actual flipback damage AT ALL!), NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  This cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
