Label: BLACK JAZZ. Stereo quadraphonic pressing. Catalog number is BJQD 21.

Condition:
LP is STILL SEALED in factory shrink-wrap. The shrink-wrap is clean and pristine. It is fully intact with no splits, as nice as can be found. Corners have slight bumps.
There is a small drill hole at bottom right corner to indicate this was sold as a cut-out. No writing, stickers, or other issues. A gorgeous item for the collector who insists on top condition.
